To do their best job, Victim Advocates need the best tools possible. Well designed technological resources keep victims in the loop and help monitor their progress in getting the services needed. In addition, many of the assistance programs are funded through VOCA (Victims of Crime Act) grants. As a requirement for continuing financial support, VOCA grants require detail reporting and service levels to victims.
